Ningbo Jiangbei Gofront Herong Electric Co., Ltd., (former is Ningbo Locomotive Capacitor Development Center) founded by CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Works (Gofront), CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute (Times) and Ningbo Jiangbei Finance Development Corporation in April 1991, located in beautiful shore city of the East Sea.
