(JXE) is a 18-year professional company dedicating to PCB manufacture and assembly, providing world-class electronics manufacturing services and OEMs. Since 2002, the year of foundation, with a spirit of specialty, the company has accumulated a group of engineering teams who have manufacturing experience of more than 10 years and professional electronic component procurement team.
We provide one-stop integrated manufacturing service from professional engineering service (for example PCB layout and SMT process solution) → PCB manufacture→ Component purchase→ Supply chain management→ PCBA manufacture (SMT, DIP) → Assembly, aging test to maintenance and development.
Our 600 employees proudly serve customers throughout the US, North America, South America, Europe, Israel, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, in a wide range of industries, including military, aerospace, medical, automatic control, new energy, automotive, wearable device, telecom, digital and LED display etc.
Our factory located in F1-5, Building 17 and F2, Building 13, Hongfa Industrial Park (Hongfa Electronics Factory), Shixin Community, Langxin Community, Shiyan Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen. We have dust-free workshop of 10000 m2, over 600 employees, more than 30 production lines include SMT, DIP, automatic welding, aging test and assembly. We have equipments of over 50 SMT machines from Japan and Korea, automatic solder paste printing machines, solder paste inspection machine (SPI), 12 temperature zone reflow soldering machine, AOI detector, X-ray detector, wave soldering machine, EM PCB dispenser, laser print machine etc with daily production capacity 40 million points. Different line configurations can meet requirements from small sample order (lead time 24 hours) to bulk shipment.
