Main Product:
Gravity casting wheel: It is depend on the liquid aluminum injected into the mold under its gravity filling, Advantage: It's a relatively simple process, and the cost for equipment is not much as low capacity casting. It's wisely used in bulk production in aluminum alloy wheels industry.
Low pressure casting wheel: It's a new way to improve the density of alloy wheel, there will be much pressure than Gravity casting, under the capacity about 20-60kPa. Advantage: Both qualified rate of products and the utilization rate of liquid aluminum are high. High degree of machine automation High production efficiency.
Low forming wheels: Flow forming on the rim part base on the low presssure casting, it changes the internal structure of the rim, makes molecules fibrous pattern of higher density, The spinning rim has a thinner cut surface but stronger mechanical performance.
Forged wheel: A piece of heated aluminum alloy is forged into a wheel hub under high pressure by hot die forged machine. It's highest end production technology, light weight and high strength.
