Huayu Plastic focused on the most advanced plstic profile Extrusion. We have over 40 plastic profile extrusion lines and 5 plastic particle Granulating lines. The output of the whole factory is over 1500 tons of extrusion products per year.
There is a fully equiped Lab in Huayu. We can do all physical property of plastic in our Lab. Tensile Strength, Elogation, Hardness, gravit, Vicat Temperature, etc. With the ability of the raw material development, we can tune the formula to adapt to different components.
We can provide a rapid sample by using 3D printing machine and experimental fomula testing method. This will shorten the cycle time of new product development
