Founded in 1988, we were originally named as Yumeng Plastic Film Factory. In 2011, we rebranded under the name of Hubei Firsta Material Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd (hereafter called "Firsta Group"), owing four sub-companies including Hubei Firsta Material, Hubei Tuxin, Hubei Turui and Yunmeng Debang, to supply different types of films for various applications.
Our company is the only enterprise in the whole industry with such a complete industrial chain from the R&D of functional masterbatch to the production of various films, and then aluminization and coating, which not only ensure the product quality, but also have an absolute advantage to save cost for customers.
We have a series of state-of-art manufacturing machines and equipments, such as 3 Germany Brunkner production lines, 6 coating lines, 2 aluminium metallizing lines and 3 KAMPF slitting machines, etc, to realize the integrated production from base film to premium coating process. The capacity of base film has reached 30000 MT per annum, and 300 million SQM per annum for coating composite materials. And also, we have cooperated deeply with many international well-known enterprises, like Avery Dennison, UPM, Fedrigoni and so on.
With more than 30 years of experience, Firsta Group has become to be a top leading manufacturer and supplier of PET release liner and face stock materials for self adhesive / pressure sensitive labels for both local and multinational companies. And also, we supply PET release film and anti-static film for specialty tapes, die-cuttting and protect film for electronic industry.
Our main products are divided into four series including: PET release liner, PET / BOPP facestock materials, BOPP packaging film and Functional PET / BOPP films, widely used for self adhesive labels, cigarette and daily necessities packaging, specialty tapes, electronic product protecting and other applications.
