The company now has a production line of 2.5m 5-layer corrugated board, a production line of 1.8m 7-layer corrugated board, a production line of 1.4mE corrugated board and many sets of printing equipments such as Taiwanese Yueli 3-color printing die-cutters, Dongfang 4-color water-based printing-presses, Beijing 3-color water-based printing-presses, Taiwan Ding Shung double facers, ENTNA large-size flat-pressing die-cutters and Shenzhen 3-color/2-color printing-presses and automatic grooving machines. At the same time, the company has the largest, most-accurate and most-advanced printing equipments (for example; German Vyehrad 6-color printing-presses, 800-type Roland standard-size 4-color printing-presses, 806-type Roland standard-size 4-color printing-presses) in Shandong.
The company is equipped with many inspection devices that can inspect the internal/external appearances of paper boxes. The product-quality can be guaranteed because the company has the excellent equipments, the strict quality-specifications, the advanced processes and strong technical forces. The products are mainly sold to Russia. At home, the corrugated cases and color-printing paper-boxes are mainly sold to these big enterprises such as Jinan Qingqi Motorcycle Co., Ltd, Shengdu Ricoh Co., Ltd and Kerry Holdings.
