The forename of the Brilliance is Beililai, which is subordinate to Beijing Second Pharmaceutical CO., LTD. (former Beijing Second Pharmaceutical Factory). Our company, is sounded in Dec. 1995, already become a special pharmaceutical and functional cosmetics additives company which includes scientific research, development, manufacture and sales. Now the certificate of The GMP (certificate of Good Manufacturing Practices For Human Drugs People's Republic of China) is in progress.

Our R&D department has established the long-standing cooperation with Peking University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and some other national scientific departments. We will continue provide new and satisfactory products for you.
