Vortex Qingdao Co., Ltd., as a big and professional manufactural company based in Qingdao city Of China, we have three foundries, and our main products are casting iron products for construction and water-supplying field, typical products as below.

Our typical products are as below:

Ductile iron pipe and fitting (Size from DN80 to DN2000),

**** Ductile iron pipe K9/K8/K7/ C class, Socket bend, flanged bend, socket and flanged tee, flanged socket, flange taper, socket taper, blank flange, welding flange, bellmouth.

**** Welding flanged pipe, we have a professional process to produce welding flanged pipe and No. 1 in production volume in China.

**** Pipe joint, including Flanged adapters, Couplings, Dismantling joints, Clamp, and stainless steel repairing Clamp, all Viking Johnson design joint with EPDM gasket rubber rings.

**** PVC pipe fittings from DN50----DN630.

**** Loose flange fittings from DN80----DN600.

All of them are according to ISO2531/EN545/EN598/AWWA C110/C153. (PN10/PN16/PN25/PN40)

Furthermore, we can supply pipe fittings with Rilsan Nylon power coated(black color) and epoxy resin AKZOR powder coated(blue color), so far we are the few supplier of Rilsan Nylon coated fittings.
