Since foundation in July 1997, XCMG Imp. &Exp. Co., Ltd. Has always been the wholly-owned subsidiary of XCMG, who is a large enterprise group with the largest scale, the most complete product type and series, and the highest competitiveness and influence in Chinese construction machinery industry. The company is responsible for the export business of XCMG with the registered capital of 500 million yuan, whose total assets was 0.69 billion yuan at the end of 2014.

In 2014, its export revenue exceeded 0.69 billion dollars and it has kept the first place in terms of exports in the industry for 10 consecutive years. At present, it has cultivated a group of powerful local agents and distributors, who can grow up with and being loyal to XCMG, to provide all-round marketing service, thus enabling global users to feel comfortable buying XCMG products.

Currently, the company has established a marketing network covering the whole nation, including over 280 XCMG overseas agents, 29 overseas offices, 30 overseas spare parts centers, 13 overseas branches, so that XCMG products have been exported to 173 countries and regions around the world. In South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Central Asia, Central and Eastern Europe and other major developing countries and regions, the market share of XCMG products has continued among the top three. In Canada and Japan, XCMG host has successfully achieved a breakthrough in sales.
