Shenyang Metaltech was founded in 2001 and since then it has concentrated to research, development and production of cobalt-base alloys, tungsten-base alloys, nickel-base alloys and metal ceramics for many years. The company has established good cooperative relations with scientific research institutions such as Metal Institution of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Northeastern University and researched and developed new products with them together.

At the end of 2012, the company made significant technical breakthroughs of producing cobalt-base alloys by a powder metallurgic method after 5 years' research and development, which strongly promotes the development of the company. Currently, it can produce cobalt-base alloy sawtooth tips, valve balls, valve seats, pipes, rods, welding rod chemical fiber cutters, hot-extrusion dies, thermocouple protective pipes and cobalt-base alloys with multiple shapes. Now, the company has established business relations with domestic and overseas numerous manufacturers, winning wide approval from customers.

Silver-tungsten alloys, which are produced by the company, feature uniform and compact organization, can completely replace imported products and simultaneously are exported to developed countries of Europe and America.

The company mainly produces precision cast products such as cobalt-base alloys and nickel-base alloys through vacuum precision casting or normal pressure precision casting. Its partial products are exported to the countries of Europe and America.

Meanwhile Shenyang Metaltech will also smelt and manufacture with special material according to the customers' requirements. The casting process is done using green sand, resin sand, silica sol, sodium silicate, etc. Under BS, ASTM, JIS, DIN and non-standard. Our final products exported to USA, British and Italy etc are widely used in electricity, water, petrochemical, metallurgy, fire control, construction in various areas such as pump, and valve assembly. Existing machining equipment include coordinate boring machine, vertical lathe, CNC machine tools, CNC center, etc. ISO 9001 is carrying out in all foundries and machine shops.
