Hallmark Biochem Pte Ltd is registered in Singapore (Registration No. 200707451k) in August 2007 to manage distribution of disinfectant products in the South East Asian for Heng Feng. In China, Hallmark Biochem Pte Ltd is known as Jiuyu Bio Chemic Co., Ltd, Heng Feng's offices and factory are in Shanghai and Jiangsu province.

Hallmark Biochem Pte Ltd uses the latest technology to develop and innovate disinfectant products, the "Quaternary Ammonium Compound" has been used as main active ingredient to eliminate vast varieties of germs, bacteria, viruses and fungi in many conditions.
