Penta Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. has the latest technology in vacuum coating process for PVD and CVD. We have Thin Film coating processes such as Sputtering system, Etching using Xef2 for CMOS devices, Laser Ablation, Thermal Evaporation. Our main coating system is Parylene conformal coating machine.

In Parylene coating, we have cover many areas of applications such as aerospace, historical artifacts, silicon rubber, ferrite core, semi-conductor, printed circuit board, electronics hybrid board, transmitter, sensors, medical instruments and many other parts that need coating as a protection to moisture and abrasion.

Parylene coated parts will be totally pin-holes free, waterproof, high dielectric strength, scratch-proof, antistatic and it can withstand diluted acid/alkaline solution.
