For the heavy items such as large pieces of terra-cotta warriors or ancient bronze replicas, we would ship them by sea for it saves quite much expenses for the clients. We would ship small but high-value-added items by China Express, UPS or Fedax. All the items shipped to the nearest seaport or your home must be checked by yourself as soon as possible. If there is any breakage, take a photo of the broken item and write an email with the photo attached. We would handle the problem as quickly as we can.
