RenLux Crystal start it's business from March of 1995, make Quartz crystal sensor used on QCM/RQCM and other sensor equipments, just like inficon, Maxtek, Telemark and so on, frequency from 1~10MHz, typical is 5MHz and 6MHz, some also of 2, 4567MHz. We also can design and make special crystal for you.

Mainly used on Multi-Film Rate/Thickness Monitor, Thin Film Deposition QCM Instruments, Quartz Crystal Microbalance(QCM) Measurement Instruments, BIO sensor.
