The company is a sino-foreign joint venture company registered in Jilin Province with registered capital of 132.3 million Yuan RMB. It has about 500 employees. It is focusing on bio-acetone, bio-butanol and ethanol production through refining agricultural wastes.

LRB plans to build 2 ABE fermentation lines with annual capacity of 100, 000 MT of ABE. The total refining capacity of agricultural wastes will be 800, 000 metric tons when the whole project is completed. One of the production lines with capacity of 40, 000 metric tons of ABE is now in production. It is the first non-food bio-butanol production line with capacity over 10 thousand metric tons both at home and abroad. Its process technology and production scale are all in the most advanced world level.
