Dongyang Hai Pai is a specialized manufacturer of lingerie, swimwear, sleepwear and T shirts located in Zhejiang Province, China. We are a family business.

Our monthly production capacity is 750 000 bra units, 1.25 million panties, vests,     Swim wear and sleepwear units. We currently manufacture private label and branded garments for high street retailers in Europe, UK, Australia, South Africa, Russia and Canada.

We have a well-established and experienced design and sample department. The sample sewing department has the ability to generate samples from photographs, diagrams or specs. We have implemented a stringent quality control program through the formal training of QA management and the development of a written QA manual at the factories. Quality inspection takes place on all raw materials on receipt. Bulk pattern and grading quality is assured through the making of pre-production samples, full size sets and pre-production meetings involving QA, technical and production personnel.

Our factories have past the BSCI, SEDEX, TARGET, WALMART, FOREVER 21  etc, AUDIT.
