Located in the tourist city-'human fairyland' Penglai, Xinhui Metal Structure Group was established on February 2005, which occupied an area of 130, 000 square meters(approximately 200 hectares) with 50, 000 square meters for production workshops and 15, 000 square meters for non-production building units such as dormitories, dining halls and office buildings.

The company mainly deals with light steel structure series(workshop frames, henhouses, shades, parking lots, gas stations, villas, portable houses, etc), heavy steel structure series(offshore projects, oil drilling platforms, wind power generation frames, etc) and stainless steel container series(beer jars, wine barrels, chemical containers, etc).

Among the company's registered capital of 10 million RMB there are fixed asset of 8 million. The group consists of 3 branches: Penglai Xinhui Metal Structure Co., Ltd., Shandong Xinyihao Offshore Steel Structure Co., Ltd. And Yantai Penghao New Material And Technology Co., Ltd.

Owning the most advanced steel structure production line and more auxiliary construction equipments such as plate shearing machine, bending machine, turning machine, drilling machine, punching machine, shot blasting machine and roll forming machine etc. At the same time ultrasonic fault detectors of TOU300 are widely applied into the inspections on the welding quality of the steel structure.

While specialized in the design, process and installment of light steel structure, the company can also design and manufacture all the metal project such as stainless steel and aluminium alloy etc. The company boasts of the most advanced H steel processing equipment, realizing the integration of the whole processing procedure from cutting, assembling, welding, straightening, shot blasting, anti-erosion, printing and installing, which enjoyed good reputations among the industries. Not only can we manufacture H steel, T steel, arched steel beam of variable cross-section sizes and also process the steel sheets and accessories for shipbuilding enterprises.
