HLCM is one of the "National Enterprise on the High & New Technology" and the member of "China Heavy Machinery Industry Association". HLCM is specialized in design, manufacture, installation and service of hoisting & conveying machineries with the < "First Grade" License> for the "Special Equipment (Hoisting Machinery) Manufacturing" of the "State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine" & the for the Winch of the "National Industrial Products".
