Our company GUANGDONG WOYA electrical appliance Co., Ltd, established in 2013, is located in Liangjiang city, west of Guangdong province. We divide our products as 3 main categories:
- commercial rice cooker(ranging from 3.6L~16L)
- domestic rice cooker(ranging from 0.6L~2.8L)
- electric jug kettle(ranging from 1.5L~2.5L)
With the totally 3, 8000 plant, we are able to produce most components and control quality in-house, including:
- 7000 m3 kettle metal processing workshop: Cutting, punching, welding, drawing etc.
- 8000 m3 rice cooker metal processing workshop: Outstandingly powerful at deep-drawing for large inner pot of commercial rice cooker, and automatic drying and printing machinery.
- 15 plastic processing machines work automatically to save lots of labor cost.
- 4 assembly lines (2 for electric kettles & 2 for rice cookers).
Our unique laboratory offers another strong support to our product quality assurance. We are able to implement not only aging test on heating element, operation cycles, but also salt spray test, packaging drop test, special thermal test, power cord durability test and so on.
In 2019, we were certified ISO9001: 2015 management system.
All the above facilities and management system enables us a consistent quality control and a stable monthly production capacity of 75, 000PCS for rice cooker and 250, 000PCS for electric kettle.
Most of our products are CB/CE certified by TUV, BV and mainly exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East and CIS markets for OEM business.
Over the past years, we are also proudly distributing our own brand "WOOYA" across Chinese domestic market and have built up our firm reputation in the industry.
