FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES
1. Super silent SKF bearing, runs extremely smoothly, ensures its low noise, small abrasion.
2.100% copper coil Ensures the engine could resist the high temperature and run steadily.
3. Low vibration Because of its rubber feet which limit its vibration to a lower lever.
4.100% oil free Since it does not need any lubrication in the operation period.
5. Easy operation The machine will work as soon as it is connected to the power socket and then drainage automatically.
6. Low energy consumption The full automatic design makes sure its low energy consumption.
7. Air tank inside and outside has done anti-rust treatment
This processing ensures the pure outlet air flow.
8. Automatic adjustment High quality pressure switch used to control the pressure of air storage tank automatically, and the pressure controlled valve is used to adjust the outlet pressure you want from 1~8bar.
9. Low maintenance Change the air filter every motor about every 500 hours, discharge the water once a week. Which is up to your actural usage, that is all.
MAIN COMPONENTS PERFORMANCE
Compressor Main Engine:
1 100% copper coil adopted. Resisting the high temperature, making sure its stable running;
2 SKF bearings adopted. Low noise, stable running
3 piston ring adopted. Small abrasion, making its continous running for almost 20000 hours above.
4 Two-way axial flow fan. To cool the main engine, low temperature and longevity.
Air Tank:
1 pressure vessel inspection certificate available
2 Tank inside and outside have done the anti-rust treatment to make sure the purity of air
3 100% 1.32MPa hydrotest, no leakage.
Air Filter:
Imported filter paper adopted, getting rid of the dust in the air and lower the noise meanwhile.
Pressure Swich:
