Three-shell rotary sand Dryer
Working Principle:
The Sand Dryer adopts the Germany's advanced technology, using the principle of the role of the dryer.
Improve the efficiency, make raw material sufficient heat exchange, three shell in turn from the inside to out, from hot to cold stratify, decorate, and surrounded by, with each other, make the shell cooling area is greatly reduced.
The heat exchange area is multiplied, reduces the exhaust temperature, and loading of each shell body has a certain angle, more in line with the material movement and heat exchange of the feed plate to further improve the efficiency of the drying material.

16MnR Steel Material, more wear-resisting, long service life.
The driving device adopts Flender electrical motor and reducer.
The rotary dryer riding wheel uses 45# steel quenched and tempered treatment, surface high frequency quenching, greatly improving the wear resistance.
Stainless steel scales in sealing device in feeding and discharging port.
Sand dryer outside is sprayed paint with 400° C high temperature resistant.
Raising plate blade is made of wear-resistant steel plate, blade density is high, so as to improve the yield and reduce energy consumption.
Drying System:
The dry mix mortar drying system includes wet sand silo, fuel bin, furnace in fluid bed,
Bucket elevator, dust collector and three shell sand dryer.
