Product Description
Micro powder dryer is the special equipment that our company developed for the ultra-fine powder series of materials. It has advantages of environmental protection, energy saving, low consumption. Yuhong Micro powder drying production line is used in large related industry base test successfully and enjoyed good reputation.
1. Principles of Micropowder drying machines:
Wet and dry material from the belt conveyor or bucket elevator sent hopper, then through feeder hopper into the feeding side through the feeding pipe. Feeding tube inclination angle is greater than the natural materials in order to smooth flow of material within the drying machine.
Wet material in the drying machine to move forward the process, directly or indirectly to the body containing the hot heat, so that the wet material to dry, then the material side by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor sent. In the tube wall with the body copy board, its role is to bring up another copy of materials cast, so the materials and the contact surface increases airflow to improve the drying rate and to promote material progress.
Heat carrier are generally divided into hot air, flue gas and so on. Heat carrier by the drying machine was a general need within the gas cyclone brought down trapping materials. For further reduction of exhaust gas dust content, but also through the bag filter or wet dust emissions after the release.
2. Special characteristics of Micropowder drying machine:
1). Can be dried up to 80% moisture content of materials, dry powder fineness, the product moisture content low as 0.1%
