CAF series cavitation air flotation sedimentation equipment is the advanced technical equipment, manufactured after assimilating the American flotation equipment. It deals with different kinds of wastewater according to the principle of combined mechanical aeration with chemical flocculation. The water after treating could be used as recycling water or discharged after secondary treatment. Pollution control up to the standard could improve the image of the corporate and the river ecological landscape, recovery of aquaculture irrigation, protection of the water environment. it not only has the social benefits, but also has considerable economic benefits.

Operating principle
Pre-treated wastewater is pushed into super filter to do pre-treating and preliminarily purified after being screened and filtered, and then the water is pumped or flowed into air flotation sedimentation equipment. In the end this water is agglomerated after being injected with suitable flocculants. Submerged air flotation aeration, the latest product, is under the principal of creating an airless space in water by using rotating with high speed of the bulk gas impeller under the air delivery pipe and the air is Inhaled into the water, and then the tiny bubbles are produced and raised circularly to the surface of water with oxygen in the air put into the water.
As the unbalance pressure between the liquid and mixture of steam and water, a vertical upward buoyancy is produced which pushes the suspended solid to the surface of water. The tiny bubbles adhered on the suspended solid while raising. After arrived the surface of water, the suspended solid stays on the surface of the water in the support of the bubbles and is removed through air thrust in radiation ways.
The suspended solid floating in the water, is cleared out by overhead crane slag scraper or raddle scraper, the scraper moving along the whole surface of the water, pushing the suspended solid from the inlet end of the air flotation tank to the outlet end,and then falls into the scum trough through the metal plate as the same time stores and collects the sludge into sludge collecting troughs.
As to the falling SS, some are designed by using backflow to do air flotation again.Let us to think, if the proportion of SS is bigger than water, it is difficult to be air floated to the surface of the water,so we set up a precipitation cone.As the water floes relatively slowly ,slow settling could be remained,so we could settle SS into the cone, and then being discharged regularly.
The water after purification flows into overflow device before discharging. Adjustable water level unit is setted up on this overflow device to control the level of air flotation trough, which ensures that the scraper avoids wastewater into the scum discharging tube while working.
