2. Main structure for paper making
Fourdrinier part:Ø16 meter,with air cushion type flow box; 2 pcs of Φ600×3700mm×4300mm couch rolls; one pcs of Φ800×3700mm×4300mm vacuum couch roll; forming table is covered with stainless-steel; panel of the suction box is inset with ceram.
Press part: adopting two press parts with four rolls; one pc of Φ800×3700mm× 4300mm natural marble top roll; one pc of Φ700×3700mm×4300mm rubber flat roll, pneumatic loaded device; one pc of Φ750×3700mm×4300mm bottom vacuum press roll; one pc of Φ700×3700mm×4300mm rubber bottom roll, rubber hardness 95ºC±2, pneumatic pressure device.
Second press part:one pc of Φ800×3700mm×4300mm natural marble top roll; one pc of Φ750×3700mm×4300mm bottom roll; rubber hardness 95ºC±2, pneumatic pressure device.
Dryer part: 22 pcs of Φ1500×3700mm×4300mm alloy dryer can, arranged by 6+ 8+8; the first and the second dryer are chrome plated; equipped with 22 sets of blades.
