48" Hydraulic Type Tire Curing Press Machine

Function
1. Used for vulcanizing high grade semi-steel tyre in passenger car and light truck
2. Used for vulcanizing nylon bias tires.

Features
1. Frame mechanism enables separate vulcanization for the left and right mould.
2. Overhead type single-driving cylinders provide pressure to make even force and effective protection of segmented mould.
3. Bracing sidewall type tire holder prevents deformation of green tire.
4. Tire grabbing and extracting mechanism adopts linear guide with stable performance.
5. The cylinders adopt imported world-famous brand products, which can work safely, Parker type sealing.
6. with double half-moulds and segmented moulds, which can achieve tire loading, shaping, vulcanizing and unloading automatically.
7. The bias tyre can be cooled automatically with post cure inflator.
