I. Brief Introduction of water barrel outside brushing machine:
This unit is mainly for 5 gallon bottle, main material is stainless steel with easy operation and automatic control system, the outside brush machine can also save the customer's using space, which is an ideal assistant equipment of the 5gallon filling production line.

III. Work Principle:
The barrels are send by conveyor into the brush washing machine, the photoelectric detection will test the two barrels, and the gas cylinder will push the barrels into the machine, it will be washed by inside brusher. The gas cylinder will also spray water and rotating, the washing time can be adjusted.
IV. Installation:
1. First check if there is any bolts loosen or dropped, adjust the machine stand up to make sure the conveyor height stay the same line with the whole production line, then connect it to the electrical power and also water and air.
