Product Description
800KV power transmission line angular Towers
800KV power transmission line belongs to Extra-high voltage power transmission project. In south China, or west China cross east China power transmission line, we often adopt 800KW power transmission and distribution line.
MEGATRO provided top quality towers for 800KV power transmission line for Chinese clients. In material, we adopt high strength steel such as ASTM A572 GR50, GR65, Q420, Q460, or other type steel to meet project requirements. Especially in design, local condition, climate and earthquake also importance for us, MEGATRO can optimized design and make tower solid, high strength, proper span distance, good wind resistance, and economy in the use of materials.
MEGATRO is equipped with sophisticated machinery and equipment for the manufacture of monopole for 800KV power transmission line angular tower, and offers a variety of designs to meet client specific. Lattices of triangular cross-section are most common, and square lattices are also widely used. After fabrication all 800KV power transmission line angular tower, are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.
