Introduction

The training platform select Toyota A341 electrical controlled automatic transmission assembly, with complete accessories, production quality management according to requirement of ISO9001: 2008 standards, different gear of automatic transmission can be completed. Suitable for the automatic transmission construction and maintenance of schools and vocational technical training and senior automotive training institutions, practice teaching, can meet training project of electronically controlled automatic transmission structures, teaching theory, fault diagnosis, fault set and trouble shooting and assessment.

Function Features

1. Demonstrates electrical control automatic transmission is working properly or not, experiments of the inverter to achieve gear lift of transmission at different input speeds;

2. LED to show the distribution of different gears dynamically;

3. With a combined instruments, display speed, vehicle speed, the main oil gallery change when gear lifting in different circumstances;

4. Judge the gear shift situation by the output speed by digital meter.

5. The training sets can control the output shaft by hydraulic brake system control;

6. Can test the auto transmission stall and delay.

7. The training sets are equipped with automatic transmission system colored schematics and detection terminal, various signal parameters of the sensors, solenoid valves can be detected by special instruments. For example, voltage, resistance, frequency, etc;

8. The training units equipped with diagnostic communication link can be connected to a dedicated or general- auto decoders, automatic transmission system for read fault codes, clear fault codes read the data stream and other diagnostic functions;
