The capacity of this machine is 3000-3600 pcs/h.
The whole production line include pulp making system + egg tray molding system + egg tray drying system + egg tray packing system.
The raw material use general waste paper, and don't use it with many plastic.
The molding machine part is 8 faces drum, each faces have 4 moulds, so the molding moulds have 32 pieces. Other, have 1 transfer moulds.
The drying line we will make single layer or multi layer depend on buyer's request.

Semi-automatic egg tray machine has no drying line, you need to dry egg tray by yourself.
