1. Mitsubishi PLC +HMI + Optical Fiber & sensor;
2. Auto program set-up, Photo sensor tracking mark;
3. Pneumatic units as the main power for the bagging, sealing & cutting units;
4. Two feeding models:
A. Auto optical fiber counting & vibrating disc feeding for general subjects;
B. Manual feeding for special subjects;
5. Supplying many kinds of customized counting & packaging system as the user's individual requirements
Applications:
Suitable to packaging regular subjects in furniture & electronic industry like screws, nuts, small hardware etc.
The above whole system does consist of the following:
1. Counting disc( the optical fiber unit+ the vibrating discs);
