Model DXD-500S Automatic Stand-pouch Packing Machine
Application;
It is suitable for automatic filling and sealing of the stand pouches with the liquid material such as fruit juice, milk, soft drink, wine, oil, Chinese herb soup. And also with granular and powder, such as coffee, beans, candy, inflated foods, washing powder, etc.
Features:
1. The processes of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically.
2. Packing material: Several kinds of heat seal lamination, such as PET/PLATED AL/PE, PET/PE, PATER/PE, NYLON, etc.
3. Packaging instruction: Thickness ≤ 8μ M, inner diameter: 75mm, outer diameter ≤ 300mm.
All the cover of the packing machine is 304 Stainless Steel including every screw on the body of the packing machine.
1. This machine is very important specialty. Our machine uses a unique pump which has a non drip and tail suck back function, this ensures that the sealing margin is very clear without any paste drip on seal to make bag airtight. This powerful suction back without drop function is developed by our factory.
