Product Description
The punch unit can complete punching, canalling and edging together with shearing, marking etc; The crop unit can realize the tasks such as horizontal bending, vertical bending and U bending with super power and high precision together with stable quality.
The linear tooling holder of 6 stations is machined at one time to ensure the coaxiality of the tooling and extend the service life effectively.
The two machines are operated by two different systems, so two machines can be operated together or separately. So, the customers ' requirement can be largely met. Adopting the world famous universal ones, the driving parts with high reliability feature with the strong ability of interchangeability, so the precision of positioning and moving can be increased.
Adopting the distinctive electric-concave die, the bending angle error can be adjusted automatically to ensure that the bending accuracy would be within ± 0.3° . The processing accuracy, especially the repositioning accuracy reaches the high level.
The CNC system in punch unit features with the international level, and that in the crop unit adopts the high-level industrial computer with the graphic simulation and easy-friendly operating panel.

Yangzhou Metalforming Machine Company Limited, its predecessor, started research and development in CNC punching machine as early as 1980s.
