1.Advertising field:Cut and engrave on acrylic, foam board, KT board.Create a variety of sign styles, including 3D cutout letters, dimensional signs, and beautiful print-to-cut designs.
2.Cut and engrave on soft metal sheet:Aluminum, copper/brass.
CONFIGURATION :
1.Casting iron machine body.
2.XYZ Axis use Taiwan PMI Linear Square rails (20mm), XY axis use gear rack, Z use ball screw transmission (1605), ensures the accuracy of working pieces.
3.DSP Controller with USB interface which support offline work.
4.The color of the machine can be customized.

DETAIL INFORAMTION :
1.Base Frame:The base frame is all heavy-duty tubular steel constructed, precisely machined by gantry milling machine and stress relieved by vibration device so that the foundation remains firm and steady over the operational life of the machine.
2.Steel Band:As a solid and level foundation we put milled thick steel band under each guide and rack.
3.Guide and Rack Pinion:We use quality 25MM linear square guide with high rigidity, vibration/shock resistance and damping characteristics.Precision gear racks are carefully installed and regulated by experienced worker with special purpose instrument;This assures smooth
Motion and long term reliability.
4.Ball Screw:Quality TBI Anti-Backlash center driven ball screws with 25mm diameter and 0.01mm repositioning accuracy.The combination of ball screw and gear rack offers accuracy and high speed machining.
5.Stepper Motor:
High-power subdivided stepper motor with outstanding wear ability and resistance to powerful and fast machining, it offers long-term maintenance-free solution.
6.Electric Cabinet:
All the electrical components are housed and wired in a mobile, double-door electrical enclosure.This allows for easy access and service when needed.Every wire is tagged so that when service is required, the customer can easily navigate the cabinet.
7.Water Cooling Spindle:Quality spindle performs powerfully and stably in machining solid wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum and plastics, etc.We offer different spindle options available with 220V-2Phase-50-60Hz or 220V-3Phase-50-60Hz or 380V, 3Phase-50-60Hz.Series of tools are available, like diameter 3.175mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm and 12.7mm.
8.Tool Sensor:For Automatic tool length calibration and registration, it allows for easy and accurate "Z" zero position for single and multiple tool changes through the program, saves time & error-free.
9.Central Lubricator:Easier to lubricate the guide units regularly, just pull it gently and oil will go when it is needed.
10.NC Studio Controller:PC based NC Studio Controller with friendly human/machine interface/HMI, fully executed with computer.It well realizes high-speed and high-precision motion control.Better anti-interference performance due to control signal adopting differential signal input/output, featured as power failure protection function, linear interpolation, circular interpolation, intelligent look-ahead, reverse cutting, backlash compensation, breakpoint memory and block skip, etc.
OPTIONAL :
1.Spindle Options:We have both water cooling and air cooling spindle options of different powers made in China or Italy.
2.Vacuum Table:The vacuum table multi-zoned which allows the operator to easily switch from full sheet processing to smaller part, gaskets can also be routed to accommodate various material sizes and styles.Fixtures can also be used if needed as we put aluminum alloys beside the vacuum table.
3.PVC on Aluminum Table:Black 7mm PVC on top of aluminum profile table, protect the table from cutting scratching.4.Servo Motor:AC Panasonic Servo motor for more smooth motion and triple working speed, and they require no regular maintenance.
5.Mist Sprayer:It sends oil mist to machining surface, it is important for tool cooling and lubricating.
6.Dust Skirts:Dust Skirts:Switchable structure with dense skirts for your convenience to load tools, easy to remove the dust completely.
7.NC Studio Manual Pulse Generator Handle Wheel:Better anti-jamming and allowing long distance transmission of signal, with a 3m hand wheel cable;Accurate pulse output;
