Product Description
3.2.1 Biogas process
The incoming biogas is compressed to 0.75~0.8MPa with a reciprocating compressor and then came into scrubbing tower from the bottom since biogas can absorb any filler from bottom to up and also contact with injecting water from top of tower, so the CO2 and part of H2S will be separated. After foam separator in the top of tower, the first purified gas will be enter into CO2 scrubber again, the purified gas is mainly CH4 now. Going through pressure regulator, the gas enter into double dry desulphurization tower to make H2S lower than 5ppm. Then gas-water heat exchanger will cool down gas and separate the dust and saturated water.
Simple process is as follows:
Biogas(12~15kPa)-Blower-CO2 scrubber-Separator-Pressure stable regulator-1\2#dry desulphurization tower-gas-water heat exchanger-gas-water separator tower-the rest process(drying, pipeline gas or CNG compressor )
PS: The rest process should be finished by customer.
3.3 The characteristic of the process
3.3. 1 Considering the safety and long life time, the key parts are made by SS304.
3.3. 2 The designed lifetime for Non-standard equipment is 15 years. The rotating equipment lifetime are carried out according to manufacturing instruction.
3.3. 3 Adopting automatic display and regulate PLC controlling system, with protection function of over pressure, low pressure, over content alarm and interlock protection. The display instruments will be installed as well.
3.3. 4 Device operation elasticity is designed by 15%~110%.
3.3. 5 The water level, temperature, pressure and flow distribution are controller automatically.
