Product Description
(1) The flare body is adopted with high temperature resistant castable. The outer is made by 304*4 stainless steel. Chamber fitted with high density ceramic fiber lining of adequate thickness, which can ensure the surface temperature not exceed 60degree.
(2) The hood is made by 304 stainless steel.
(3) The burner is made by heat-resistant steel (SS321) and It is fitted in the bottom of flare. Flaming air will be enter into the combustion room through the louver in the bottom of flare.
(4) The emission temperature will be 600~700degree and it complys with Europe standard. There is no need to equip combustion air fan and so no extra electricity consumption and noise, energy saving and environmental protection.
(5) The biogas flare is a integrate structure. It can be installed in the ground base and then fixed.
(6) The flare system include: Flare body, Ignition system, flame detecting system, gas supply electronic valve, automatic controlling system and manual controlling system, stand mounted with a rain hood.
(7) Manual blow off valve is fitted.
(8) Burner is adopted with SS321.
(9) "Natural draught" combustion chamber raised off the ground and mounted.
(10) The flare is designed as secondary ignition. An air inspirator type pilot ignited by a flame front mechanism.
(11) Low pressure and high pressure data will be set. Flare will be off in low pressure and on in high pressure with big flame.
(12) The electronic valve and flame arrestor is anti-explosion. All the inside pipe is stainless steel material.
