EM210 SBC is designed to be easily modified to best fit a wide variety of requirements. The SBC accommodates rich I/O interfaces in a compact system size, including UART, OTG, HOST, HDMI and JTAG, offering versatile connection to a wide range of applications, such as GPS, WiFi and 3G. EM210 SBC is designed specifically for multimedia advertising, GPS systems, high performance POS machine, and surveillance applications, says Boardcon.
The S5PV210 SoC resides on a soldered CM210-III COM that also provides 512MB of DDR2 RAM and 4GB eMMC flash with pre-installed Android4.0 / Linux2.6.32 / WinCE6.0. The 59.9 X 61.55mm COM expresses its I/O via stamp Holes, totaling 230 pins.
Except 4.3-, 7- and 10.1-inch resistive or capacitive touchscreens, the SBC is notable for offering 15inch SAW LCD to meet the requirements of different embedded applications.
