Shandong Sunco Agricultural Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. is a state-owned holding company, which is subordinate to Shandong Academy of Agricultural Machinery Sciences. It was merged by Academy's Technology Centre and Trial Production Factory in 2001, and was formally registered in 2009.
