Carbonated Beverage Filling 3-in-1 machine
Description: This equipment is used for carbonated soft drink filling with PET bottle. It combines rinsing, filling adn capping into one machine. It is mainly applicable for rinising bottle, filling carbonated water, cola, beer and mineral water and seal the plastic screw cap.Characteristics & Advantage:
1. It is designed more compact, more stable of controlling system, adopts with German FESTO, easy to operate and high automatically.
2. Using high accuracy and high speed filling valve. Liquid level is more accurate without water loss, ensuring the quality of filling.
3. Capping heads use magnetic torque device, ensuring the capping effect and protect the bottle cap.
4. Using frequency conversion motor of German SEW, can be more convenient to adjust the capacity.
5. Controlling system has the liquid level control function, lack of cap detection alarm function, automatic alarm for card bottles function
6. Using advanced touch screen control, can realize human-machine conservation.
