Description:
High flow stainless steel bag filter in wide application
The bag filter is wide availability of liquid filtration equipment. It can effectively remove liquid particles of different sizes, so as to achieve liquid filtration, purification, separation, recycling purposes.
The liquid enter into the container of the Micron bag filter through side or bottom. Filter bag expand symmetrical in case of liquid wallop. The liquid will be out from bottom as well s the impurities stay in the filter bag. When the filter process has completed, the operator just loose the bolt and rotate the hand wheel to enhance the cover to remove filter bag, then clean or replace the filter bag.
Structure and working principle: The bag filter is a novel structure, small size, flexible and easy to operate, energy efficient, airtight work, the applicability of multi-purpose filtration equipment. The bag filter is a pressure filter device, a filter cylinder, filter cartridge cover and quick opening mechanism, stainless steel filter bag to strengthen the network and other major components, the filtrate from the filter housing flanking the entrance pipe flow into the filter bag, the bag itself is installed in strengthening the basket, liquid penetration through the required fineness grade bag is able to obtain qualified filtrate impurity particles intercept bag. Aircraft to replace the filter bag is very convenient, filtering the basic material consumption.

Side-in Single Bag Filter:
Adopts eye bolt lock-up or V-shaped quick-anchor.
Its filter bag seal adopts impact molding standard pressure ring which can adjust pressure plate and guarantee no liquid leakage.
The media connection adopts side-inlet-side-outlet or side-inlet-bottom-outlet.
The filtration area for a single filter is 0.1, 0.25 or 0.5. Customization of other specifications is also provided.
Advanced seal design leaves no chance of edge leakage.
Surface treatment can adopt mirror electrochemical polishing or gloss sandblasting.
Connect two or more filters in series to get high flow treatment via module combination and constant bag renewal without machine halt.
