Product Description
The machine is used to granulate wet materials by forcing them through the screen under its swing cylinder. It is widely used in food, chemical and pharmacy industries. The machine can also be used for crushing dry block materials.
2. Working Method
Driven by the motor, V-belt Pulley, worm and wormwheel, the eccentric bent shaft and lifting rack make the heptangular hobs rotating in reciprocation, so the raw materials between the screen and the hobs are squeezed into granules through the screen. The production capacity varies as to different materials, materials' water content and viscosity and screen hole size, etc.
For dry block materials, the cylinder crushes them and forces them to discharge through the screen.
3. Structure
1. The feeding hopper and granulating units are constructed for easy installation, cleaning and operation of the machine
2. Granulating units are duly sealed in case of any lubricating oil leaking into the raw materials
3. Screen clip is used to hold the screen close and tight to the swing cylinder, which can be adjusted manually with the hand wheel, use the ratchet to immobilize the net into place.
4. Use different sizes of screens to make different sizes of granules.
