This kind of machine is suitable for grinding of cylinders and plunge cutting of taper work piece and
Shaping rotating work pieces. It's suitable for mass production and production in batch.
1) spindle of grinding wheel is of the structure of 5-piece dynamic rolling bearing. And it's with advantages of high capacity and rigidity.
2) Spindle of regulating wheel is a kind of 1: 30 whole type rolling bearing with high capability and precision.
3) Small angle adjusting of regulating wheel stock can be done in the horizontal level. When grinding of small taper work piece is done, it's no need for mending the grinding wheel into certain shape, so the grinding wheel can be used more effectively, and time required for grinding wheel dressing is reduced.
4) Speed changing of regulating wheel is of AC frequency control, so indefinite variable speed can be realized.
5) Reciprocating of grinding wheel and regulating wheel are of hydraulic transmission, and of stepless control.
6) Automatic plunge cutting device is spared for working of semi-auto circulation.
