DZ47 series Mini Circuit Breaker
Applicable scope
The DZ47 series mini circuit breaker can be used for overload and short circuit protection of circuit, illumination and power equipment in circuit of AC 50Hz or 60Hz with rated voltage for 230/400V rated current to 100A and below. It can also be used for the infrequent on-off changeover for the circuit and equipment under normal conditions.
The product conforms to IEC60898, GB10963 standard.
Structure features
This series circuit breaker is composed by plastic enclosure, over-current release, operating mechanism, contact and arc extinguish system etc. The enclosure is injected by high strength, and high flame-resistant plastic.
The multi pole circuit breakers are assembling by many single-pole, the trip is connected with the joint bar, the handle was united with the linkage cover, has guaranteed the uniformity of each make-and-break.
Working condition
1. Altitude less than 2000m
2. Ambient atmosphere temperature: -5° C~40° C and the average temperature is not more that 35° C during 24 hours
3. Relative humidity of ambient temperature is less than in 40° C, the humidity can be large under rather lower temperature. The largest monthly average is 90% with the lowest temperature is 25° C. The curd on the appearance should be considered as the temperature changed.

CF45 (DZ47-63) series mini circuit breaker (MCB) is used in lighting distribution system or motor distribution system for protection overload and short-circuits in the system. The product is neoteric in structure, light in weight, reliable and excellent in performance. It has high breaking capacity, can trip quickly, and its case and items are adopted by high fire-resistant and shockproof plastics. The product, with long life, is mainly used in AC 50Hz/60Hz single-pole 230V or two, three, four-pole 400V circuit for overload and short-circuit protection as well as for unfrequent on-and-off switching electric equipment and lighting circuit in normal case.
