Working Principle :
This series of pressure machine will pass the power on to the two pressure roller through

Operation :

1. If your raw material is big block, you should choose a crusher.

2. If your raw material is with high moisture (higher than 12%), you should choose
a dryer. If you prefer to use dry powder type briquette machine, the moisture should
be less than 5%, also based on materials' performance.

3. Generally, it is better to add some binder/adhesive into the raw material. If you pre
-fer to use dry powder type briquette machines, generally, no need binder.

4. About belt conveyor, you can buy from us, also can make by yourself. We would
like to supply the detail drawing of conveyor for you.

5. The final briquettes can be dried under the sun or through mesh belt dryer and chain
plate dryer.

Brief introduction of briquette production line:
A complete coal briquette production line contains drying, crushing, mixing, pre-pressing. briquette making, and final briquettes drying.
drying process: to dry materials moisture (8-12%), in order to keep raw material ready for making briquettes.
crushing: to ensure the size of raw material, because of the requirement of raw
materials size, 5mm or below.
mixing/blending part: the first mixing part is to mix the raw material together with
binder completely. And the second mixing part is to ensure the materials feed into
briquette machine evenly, in other words to control the whole production line's
capacity.
pre-pressing procedure: to increase the final briquettes density and forming ratio.
briquette making process: convert the pre-pressed raw material into briquettes, and make sure the strength and density.
final briquettes drying part: you can use the vertical dryer or box dryer to reduce
the briquettes moisture, and the final briquettes will be reach no more than 7%,
and then the final products could be easy to store.
