XK-LXB Centrifugal Pump Characteristic Experiment Device
Functions:
1. To familiar with this device basic structure and technological process.
2. Determine relation curve between lift of pump (H), shaft power (N), efficiency (η ) and pump flow (Q) under constant rotate speed condition.
3. Master centrifugal pump essential points of operation and working principle.
Main configuration:
Water storage tank, centrifugal pump, flowmeter, pressure gauge, vacuum meter, power meter, pipeline, valves, experiment bench and control panel, etc.
Technical parameters:
1. Water storage tank: Stainless steel or high quality PVC material, volume about 40L.
2. Centrifugal pump: Flow 6m3/h, lift 15m, power 370W.
3. Flowmeter: Flow measurement adopts piping type flow meter measure, connection method: Flange.
4. Pressure gauge: Y-100 type, 0~0.6Mpa, vacuum meter-0.1~0Mpa.
5. Power measurement: Numeric type power meter, precision 1.0 grade.
6. Fluid adopted in this experiment is water, recycling, fully economize water resource.
7. Experiment bench is made of 304 high quality stainless steel; Compact structure, simple procedure, easily operated.
