Patterned Conveyor Belt/Chevron Conveyor Belt

Features: It is suitable for conveying bulk material or bag packed material up to 45 degree, slide resistant and high conveying capacity.

Format: Chevron shape, herringbone shape, U shape, cylinder pattern.
Width of Belt: 300mm-2200mm
Height of Pattern: 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm
Pattern Pitch: 125mm, 200mm, 250mm, 330mm, 400mm, 500mm

Pattern	Feature	Purpose
Herringbone Pattern	There is herringbone pattern on the belt which is higher than the belt surface. The profile may be either open-end or closed. Each kind of pattern includes three types, high, medium and low.	It can convey powered, granulated and small lump materials at the inclination no more than 40 degree as well as packed materials.
Strip Pattern	There is cross strip pattern higher than belt on the belt surface. The pattern is divided into three types, high, medium and low. Each kind of pattern includes two types, sparse and dense type according to pitch.	It can convey packed materials at the inclination less than 30 degree or on the horizon. It can replace herringbone pattern in case of slot molded.
Granulated Pattern	There is granulated pattern concave or convex on the belt surface. Concaved hole can be made into square hole, L, diamond and wove type.	The protruded patterns conveyor belt is suitable for conveying soft packed materials or others. The belt can be operated at a inclination less than 45 degree to convey the granule material.
Fan-shaped Pattern	There is half-fan-shaped (or quarter of round) pattern on the belt surface. When the belt is grooved, the patterns joint together into fan-shaped(or half round) which belongs to high-pattern type.	It is suitable for conveying powder, granule and bulk materials at the big inclination of no more than 60 degree.
