Product Introduction


3D  Block Lifter is dedicated to block assembly carrying. It is made up of several three-dimensional hydraulic jacks according to the size of segment. Each jack can work independently,
whilst it can be centrally controlled by computer for linkage. During operation, the segmented component can be lifted to the three-dimensional hydraulic jacking device by a crane, which is located in the construction site. The crane will not leave until the segmented
component is steadily placed on this device. The follow-up work will be continued by the hydraulic jacking device to adjust the segments
from three dimensions and six directions to achieve the precise positioning with the fixed section or ship.


Main Features

This device requires less time on the crane and significantly increases the utilization of the crane. It helps shorten the slipway/dock manufacturing period.
High production efficiency
After the workpiece is placed on the jacking device or platform, the follow-up work can be completed under the control of electricity (wired/wireless, stand-alone/centralized/arbitrary combination), thus improving the work efficiency.

3.The synchronous positioning adjustment system is adopted to ensure the positioning precision, work safety and performance safety when the position of segments is adjusted.


1. Designed for shipbuilding's hull closure processing, three-dimensional adjustment device can precisely adjust the different segments to closure for welding in three dimensions and six directions.

2. High-quality and high pressure hydraulic attachments advantage the equipment with features of light weight, small size and small turning radius.

3. The main lifting hydraulic cylinders on the equipment are equipped with anti deviated load saddle & expanded chassis (5 degrees) to accommodate the hull's uneven bottom section for ensuring the durability and safety.

4. Safety is guarded with multiple security measures. The "mechanical lock" design of main lifting hydraulic cylinders assures the double safety for the operating staff.
