Multi-head CNC Wood Router (8 Heads Series)
Features:
1. Heavy duty and large size working table, processing 8pcs wood at one time, highly improving the working efficiency.
2. XYZ use PIM 25mm linear square rails, XY use high accuracy gear rack, fast working speed, high accuracy.
3. XYZ use 1KW Japan Panasonic servo motor driving system, which ensures long time continuous work.
Applications:
1. Mostly used for making furniture, such as doors, windows, antique furniture, Mahogany furniture, chairs, stairs, hand rails, and all kinds of wood crafts.
Also for making instruments, 3D light box, aluminum composite panel, decorations etc.

Machine Details Show:
1. Base Frame: The heavier base frame is made of heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precisely machined by gantry milling machine and stress relieved by vibration device so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.
2. Water Cooling Spindle: Multiple spindles for mass processing on solid wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum and plastics, etc. We offers different spindle options which available with 220V-2 Phase-50-60Hz or 220V-3 Phase-50-60Hz or 380V, 3Phase-50-60Hz. Series of tools are available, for example, diameter 3.175mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm and 12.7mm.
3. Enhanced Carrying Pole: The spindles are mounted on carrying pole which is made of thick aluminum, on which we put also reinforcing plate, the structure offers better impact resistance and eliminate the shaking to the most.
4. Ball Screw and gear rack: Use TBI ball screw for Z axis, anti-Backlash center driven ball screws with 25mm or 40mm diameter and 0.01mm repositioning accuracy. XY axis use high accuracy gear rack. The combination for ball screw and gear rack makes machine working more accurate and stable.
5. Linear square guide: Quality 25MM linear square guide with high rigidity, resist vibration and shock, with damping characteristics.
6. NC Studio Controller: PC based NC Studio Controller with friendlier human& machine interface/HMI, fully executed with computer. It well realizes high-speed and high-precision motion control. Better anti-interference performance due to control signal adopting differential signal input& output, featured as power failure protection function, linear interpolation, circular interpolation, intelligent look-ahead, reverse cutting, backlash compensation, breakpoint memory and block skip, etc.
7. Electric Cabinet: All the electrical components are housed and wired in a mobile, doubled-doored electrical enclosure. This allows for easy access and service when needed. Every wire is tagged so that when service is required, the customer can easily navigate the cabinet.
8. Servo Motor: AC Panasonic Servo motor for more smooth motion and triple working speed and they require no regular maintenance.
9. Central oil Lubricator: Easier to lubricate the Guide units regularly, just pull it gently and oil will go when it is needed.

Optional parts:
1. PVC on Aluminum table: Black 7mm PVC on top of aluminum profile table protects the table from cutting scratching.
2. Mist sprayer: It sends oil mist to machining surface, it is important for tool cooling and lubricating.
3. Dust skirts: Switchable structure with dense skirts for your convenience to load tools, easy to remove the dust completely.
4. NC Studio Handle Wheel: Better anti-jamming and allowing long distance transmission of signal, with a 3m hand wheel cable; Accurate pulse output.
5. Tool Sensor: For Automatic tool length calibration and registration, it allows for easy and accurate "Z" zero position for single and multiple tool changes through the program, saves time & error-free.
