New design Furniture Carving Rotary 3D Wood Router (VCT-7090R-4H)
VICUT 3D 4-axis movement CNC engraving routers are perfectly used in manufacturing furniture, Cabinet, Handrail, Crutch, Wood crafts, Door, Window, Acrylic signs, guitar and other musical instruments, etc; High efficiency with multiple rotary axes for mass processing on cylinder materials.
Machine Details Show:
1. Base Frame: The heavier base frame is made of heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precisely machined by gantry milling machine and stress relieved by vibration device so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.
2. Multiple Cooling Spindle: Multiple spindles for mass processing on solid wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum and plastics, etc; We offers different spindle options which available with 220V-2 Phase-50-60Hz or 220V-3 Phase-50-60Hz or 380V, 3Phase-50-60Hz. Series of tools are available, for example, diameter 3.175mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm and 12.7mm.
3. Ball Screw: XYZ use TBI Anti-Backlash center driven ball screws with 25mm diameter and 0.01mm repositioning accuracy. The combination of ball screw and gear rack offers accurate and high speed machining.
4. Linear Square Guide: 25mm linear square guide with double bearings, an ultra-heavy type that achieves a deep grooved raceway with its diameter more approximate to the ball diameter and has high rigidity, vibration and shock resistance, and damping characteristics, which are required for machine tools.
5. NC Studio Controller: PC based NC Studio Controller with more friendly human/machine interface/HMI, fully executed with computer. It well realizes high-speed and high-precision motion control. Better anti-interference performance due to control signal adopting differential signal input/output, featured as power failure protection function, linear interpolation, circular interpolation, intelligent look-ahead, reverse cutting, backlash compensation, breakpoint memory and block skip, etc.
6. Stepper Motor: Big power stepper motor totally 7 sets, including 4 sets for 4 rotary, 1set for Y axis, 1 set for X axis, 1 set for X axis.
7. Rotary Axis: Available with different cylinders, irregular objects, crutch and cylinder crafts with various diameters; We can put different number of rotary axis according to specified requirement.
8. Control Cabinet: All the electrical components are housed and wired in a mobile, double door electrical enclosure. This allows for easy access and service when needed. Every wire is tagged so that when service is required, the customer can easily navigate the cabinet.
9. Central Lubricator: Easier to lubricate the Guide units regularly, just pull it gently and oil will go when it is needed.
10. Photoelectric Limit Switch: Un-touching, more sensitive and durable than traditional mechanical switch, maintenance-free for long term use.
11. Foot Pads make it easier to level the machine accurately.
12.4 AXIS Software: You can use power-mill software to make processing of 3D files which was scanned with 3D scanner. We can make 4 axis movements, AXYZ axis can move at the same time.
Optional parts:
1. Nebulizer: It sends oil mist to machining surface, it is important for tool cooling and lubricating.
2.3D Scanner: A fast and easy to operate device for massive production based on complicated three-dimensional samples. Good for woodworking, small molds, plastic products, shoe last and soles mold, sculpture, artifacts, toy, tooth, jewelry design, core carving, fine pieces design, small toy parts, etc.
