Luke has won science and technology awards and a special fund from MSTC(Ministry of science and technology, P.R.C.), for our unique hydraulic CNG compressor design. The design of the valve housing with vacuum insulation used in LNG for process pipelines has won National Patent Design Awards.

Major advantages and range of application
1. The compressor is hydraulic reciprocating piston compressor.
2. The Machinery is a skid design, suitable for fueling station who has a big fueling capacity, or unstable fueling capacity, or those stations can not be maintained regularly.
3. The Machinery has two independent compressing systems, they can work together or independently. Fueling stations can choose working mode according to fueling capacity, to save electric energy and fueling costs.
4. Since the two working systems are independent to each other, they can be repaired and maintained when the other one is working. This will ensure 7x24 non-stop service to public.
5. The compressing process is under total-sealed structure, it causes no CNG leased nor polluted.
6. The compressor can be lubricated without any lubricate oil, since it uses our special technology and ensured no pollution to CNG.
7. The hydraulic system costs small quantity hydraulic oil, and use low quality oil, this save huge costs for maintainence every year.
8. The inlet of the compressor is wide range, so the compressor can start at anytime and no need for hydraulic preparing.
9. The compressor is controlled by PLC system, full automatic, equipped with touch screen with big CPU, and is free from human active on duty.
10. The Machinery is suitable for general standard CNG tanker, easy to be operated, and save equipments investments.
11. Anti-explosion solenoid valve replaced tradtional pneumatic valve, much safer, and longer life.
12. Triple stage protection Alarm, compressor running safe ensured.
13. Compressor can start to run, or stop running frequently. So there is no need to prepare for running. Ensure energy saving.
