Product Description
COLORED cement cladding is through-colored fiber cement board with a clear, waterproof shield that protects and enhances the natural finish of the product.
This is a high density autoclaved fiber cement board that's surface is characterized by fine sanding lines, and in certain configurations can give the appearance of finished concrete.
It can easily compete with other natural cementitious exterior claddings. It offers high durability, low weight and fast and easy installation.
Product Features
(1) Fiber Cement Board is Non-flammability: non-flammable and conforms to the national grade A standard (GB8624 Grade A) with excellent fire resistance property. In case of fire, the board will not burn and not give off poisonous smoke.
(2) Fiber Cement Board is Heat insulating: Owing to low heat conductivity, the product has good performances on keeping warm and heat insulation.
(3) Fiber Cement Board is Water-proofing and moisture proof: The product is allowed to long-term expose to moist environment but still very stable. The board still keeps Intact after being soaked in water for one month, the phenomenon of swelling and out of shape will not happen. It has good adjusting mechanics like woods. Even it is used on wash house.
(4) Fiber Cement Board is Problem-free: Fiber Cement Board provides good insulation against bugs, fungus and corrosion. It can last for a long-time and will not corrode. After tests under ASTM G-21, this board has been found to be Non-Nutrient to Mold, Fungus Growth or Insect Life.
(5) Fiber Cement Board is Noise-proofing: Fiber Cement Board provides good insulation against noise. After Inspection by the National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fire Building Materials (NFTC) it has been found that the Superior Sound Insulation Factor of a Wall built from the board ranges between 44dB and 47 Db.
(6) Fiber Cement Board is High-Strength and Lightweight: Owing to the density is not high, the board is light weight, in this case, it can decrease weight of building greatly. At the same time, the material is high-strength and not easy to be damaged.
(7) Fiber Cement Board is Easiness to construct: The construction process does not require complicated tools but just the ones used in regular wood construction. Our board can be fixed on light steel frame with self-attachable screws or a glue gun to nail the bolts into the wooden frame.
(8) Fiber Cement Board is Good for environment: Fiber Cement Board is 100% free of Asbestos Fiber and will not cause any harm to human body or the environment. This Environmentally Friendly board is manufactured from a unique blend of Mineral Components, and does NOT contain any Toxic ingredients, Asbestos, Formaldehyde or Ammonia
(9) Fiber Cement Board is Be able to lined easily: The board can be lined with granite, tile, wallpaper etc.
